Wow, I came up with something very similar to this a few years ago but was never really sure why/how it worked. For me, I think of colors. You know when you are thinking of something and your eyes are closed you can almost see your own thoughts? I'd start with a color and try hard to see that color. When I can practically see that color(literally in my head I see a circle of color surrounded by nothing but black) I concentrate on a new color without ever letting the circle disappear. The plan is to keep changing the color. But I never make it past two colors. 1 minute a see a red circle. The next minute I see a blue circle, the next minute I hear my alarm clock cuz it's morning. It sounds like a lot of concentration, but I'm always asleep within five minutes after😊. Before the color trick, I used to try and come up with a storyline and theme for a new season of American Horror Story that hasn't already been done.

I think I have Trichotillomania. It’s a coping mechanism for me, and I do it whenever I feel like my thoughts/emotions are scattered all over the place. When I had a fire drill, oh boy. I can describe my hatred for loud noises and flashing lights in 100 different ways, and it would take 24 hours to explain all of them. I pull my lashes out, and I barely notice. I suddenly got a tight cluster of blisters (looking like a burn from a fire etc) but they all separate but together blisters. After finding it a day later a few single blisters popped up close by to the cluster. It started to itch on day two. I did rip out and cut morning glory vines and another weed looking vine a couple of days before this showed up. I know it was NOT poison ivy and when I had poison ivy in the past I wasn't getting blisters like this either. I did open them and a clear liquid came out like what you would see if you opened a burn blister. Thoughts? Thank you for the videos!!

Three days ago i got sunburn. My face is red and swollen. My shoulders are red and it hurts when i touch them. Last two days i had Advil at night so my skin wouldn't hurt. I'm using aloe Vera moisturizer and something else it's for sunburn. I drink lots of water and i hope it will heal soon.

Omg I just started getting them about 10 months ago.
